What if the AI gets something wrong?
It answers from information you approve: your hours, prices, what to bring and each client’s status. When a question needs a person, it hands the conversation to your team instead of guessing. Email replies it drafts wait for a person to approve them.
Does the AI read my clients’ tax documents?
No. The assistant answers questions and books appointments. Documents go straight into each client’s secure upload, for your team.
Do I have to change my tax software?
No. This sits around the software you file with. Clients book, send documents and get updates; you keep preparing returns the way you do now.
What does it cost?

How long does setup take?

Will my older clients manage it?
There’s no app to install. Clients get ordinary text messages with a link. If they can open a text, they can book and upload a photo of their W-2.
What if I only want part of it?
