What if the AI gets something wrong?
It answers from information you approve. When a question needs a person, it hands the conversation to your team instead of guessing. Email replies it drafts wait for a person to approve them.
Does the AI give medical advice?
No. It answers practical questions from information you approve (hours, insurance you accept, prices, availability) and books appointments. Anything clinical goes straight to your team.
Where do patients’ forms go?
Health forms are filled in through a secure link, not in the chat. The assistant only handles bookings and general questions.
