What if the AI gets something wrong?
It answers from information you approve. When a question needs a person, it hands the conversation to your team instead of guessing. Email replies it drafts wait for a person to approve them.
Does the AI give legal advice?
No. It answers practical questions (practice areas, fees for a first consultation, availability) from information you approve, and books the consultation. Anything about a client’s situation goes to you.
