Generic resume checkers score against a generic idea of a resume. Hiring is not generic: what a recruiter in Dubai expects on page one differs from what one in Berlin expects, and a tool that flattens that gives confident advice that is wrong for the market the applicant is applying into.
The problem
Applicants in the Gulf compete in a market with its own conventions — visa and nationality fields, photographs, certificate and attestation details, and the keyword filters regional job boards apply. Advice calibrated on US or European resumes misses all of it, and the applicant never finds out why they were filtered.
Scored against the job, not against nothing
The analysis takes the resume and the actual job description, so the result is a match rather than an abstract rating: which required skills are present, which are missing, and where the wording differs from what the posting asks for.

Advice has to be actionable
A number is not help. Each report ends in ordered action items, written as edits the applicant can make that afternoon.

Rewriting, not just checking
Applicants who find out their resume is wrong need somewhere to fix it, so the builder is part of the same product rather than a separate upsell.

How it works
Parsing is the unglamorous half — resumes arrive as two-column PDFs, as tables, or as a single image, and everything downstream is only as good as the text pulled out of them. The analysis half combines a role-matching pass with a rules layer holding the regional conventions.
